ANNA provides comprehensive legal services in the field of football law. As a football lawyer, she provides LEGAL ADVICE IN THE FIELD OF FOOTBALL, especially for football clubs and other interested parties in the football environment such as football agents (football intermediaries), marketing companies, sponsors and investors.
In this context, ANNA maintains a constant overview of regulations issued by FACR (Football Association of the Czech Republic), UEFA regulations and FIFA regulations. In addition, ANNA also monitors relevant football jurisprudence, in particular FIFA decisions (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) and CAS awards (Court of Arbitration for Sport).

ANNA prepares ALL CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTATION IN THE FIELD OF FOOTBALL for her clients, i.e. in particular the preparation and revision of various contracts related to the performance of the activity of a football player (especially professional player contracts, semi-professional player contracts and amateur player contracts), football coach (especially coaching contract) or football agent ( agent contract/intermeriary contract). In addition, ANNA also arranges contracts for the transfer and hosting of football players, both at national and international level. She also deals with contracts in the field of personal rights, sponsorship and marketing.
___ representation in football disputes ___
In addition, ANNA has extensive experience in REPRESENTING CLIENTS IN A WIDE VARIETY OF DISPUTES relating to football law, where she provides legal services at all stages of such disputes. In this context, she represents clients not only in court proceedings before the courts of the Czech Republic, but also in arbitration proceedings before the arbitration bodies of the relevant football associations. In this context, ANNA provides legal services both at the national and international level, and is not afraid to represent clients before the CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport).
In the framework of football arbitration, ANNA regularly represents her clients before the arbitration bodies of the FACR (Football Association of the Czech Republic), which include the FACR Appeal Senate and the FACR Arbitration Board.
However, ANNA also deals with international arbitration, which is covered by the FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association). Within its framework, it is mainly about representation in disputes conducted before the FIFA Football Tribunal, which consists of three separate chambers, namely the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber (FIFA DRC), the FIFA Players’ Status Chamber (FIFA PSC) and the FIFA Agents Chamber (FIFA AC).
Typical disputes in the field of football law with which ANNA has experience include the following disputes in particular:
- disputes between a football player and a football agent (football intermediary) from agency contracts (intermediary contracts),
- disputes between a football club and a football agent (football intermediary) from agency contracts (intermediary contracts),
- disputes between football clubs from contracts on the transfer or hosting of football players or in connection with the enforcement of claims arising from football law (compensation for early termination of the contract without just cause, training compensation, solidarity payments, etc.)
- disputes between a football player and a football club from a player’s contract (recovery of owed rewards, recovery of compensation for early termination of a professional player’s contract without just cause, etc.),
- disputes between a football coach and a football club arising from a contract for the performance of the coach’s activities (recovery of owed rewards, recovery of compensation for early termination of the contract, etc.).
___ Representation in disciplinary proceedings ___
ANNA also has experience in DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS conducted against clients as members of the relevant football associations before the relevant disciplinary bodies. At the national level, these are primarily disciplinary proceedings before the disciplinary bodies of the FACR (Football Association of the Czech Republic)) and its affiliated associations (Ethical Commission, OFS Disciplinary Commission, etc.) or the LFA (League Football Association), i.e. the Disciplinary Commission of the LFA. At the international level, it is primarily disciplinary proceedings before the disciplinary bodies of UEFA (Union Européenne de Football Association) and the disciplinary bodies of FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association).
___ ASSOCIATION LAW ___
ANNA also deals with ASSOCIATION LAW, so she provides legal services to football clubs also in the area of their internal management and functioning. In this context, she helps them in particular with the preparation and revision of important association documents, such as football club statutes and other internal regulations (disciplinary codes, visiting rules, etc.). She also deals with disputes related to this area (typically actions related to declaring decisions of an association’s executive body invalid).
